Our Programs
POCKETS CHANGE: CHANGING THE WAY FINANCE IS TAUGHT
We’re creating spaces for intergenerational conversations where students, parents, and educators go beyond financial literacy to build financial resilience. Together we look at money as a tool and financial decision-making as a personal path. As a community, we develop an understanding of our personal relationship with money, new ways of thinking and talking about money, and the skills to take action and advocate for ourselves and others. We work with K-12 districts, colleges, foster care and other community organizations across the country
CORE STUDENT PROGRAMS
Students examine, discuss, create, and share financial concepts through a series of 45-90 minute workshops. Each session explores topics through personal expression, peer conversations, and inquiry-driven activities.
Workshops will be held either online using Zoom or in person and may be scheduled during the school day for students as well as after school and on weekends. Workshops may be combined or extended based on community interests and needs.

FAMILY JAMS
Families make money buddy conversations intergenerational. Activities focus on memorable moments and financial skill development for the whole family. Each 60-90 minute event also provides classroom connections with a showcase of student learnings, projects, and performances.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & STAFF TRAINING
Educators, teaching artists, and afterschool program leaders develop the skills and harness the tools to teach financial resilience to all ages while navigating their relationships with money. During our 1-2 hour train-the-trainer sessions, staff will grow their personal finance knowledge, gain experience with culturally inclusive instructional strategies, and get ready-to-use lessons that inspire innovation and advocacy in our classrooms and communities. Includes access to our award-winning curriculum.
